★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother trying to call the Albany store, doesn’t matter what time of the day it is. When confronted in store they just say they are busy. Pretty hard to believe they are busy and can’t answer the phone when the store just opened for the day. Called 20+ times. Frustrating!

No service offered beyond, you would expect when paying good money for sunglasses you could still send them away at your own cost to have them straightened out or tightened ect. But apparently you can't once they are out of that year they can't offer this to you. But Sunglasses style a few doors up can ? I can't understand it's the same brand sunglasses and the same supplier but one can offer this service and the other can't?
