Long queue for printing. Asked if other staff standing around could help. Was told that because of covid and social distancing that only one person could serve. Looking at all the previous comments this has little to do with covid. I suggested they set up another screen for faster service of printing so two people could serve. Was told to calm down and have patience. Extremely rude. Will not be back.

Very bad customer service we waited 2 hours to print one A4 photo for my dad’s funeral and couldn’t even get that in the end. We were in a line for 30 mins and when that didn’t work out they sent us to a machine that didn’t work. We waited one hour for that and then they sent us back to the line . Very disappointed

Don’t come here if you need to print photos - takes well over 24 hours to print only 6 photos. They’ve told me to come 2 times times already and the photos are not even ready.

It's clean and easy to find things. Staff are friendly and helpful. But if you love stationery as much as I do, it's easy to buy extras.

Horrific experience in taking photos at this facility, details below: - enormous waiting time, with only 1 trained staff at clicking photos - exorbitant pricing @ $25 for 7 pics - unprofessional service - raw photos handed over with no shadow removal or any needful editing done; only 2 photos cut (that too haphazardly) & remaining 5 uncut (cannot understated the logic behind this) Totally worthless service, very dissatisfied. Will never recommend to enter for this particular service.

I visited this place on Aniversay Day 2022. When I parked there was no queue. By the time I arrived at the door there was one person ahead of me. While I was waiting the door person was talking to someone and during that time 3 customers left the shop. I was annoyed and said quite loudly "what the .... and left the queue. I drove to PBTechnology in Penrose and the door person's welcome and unsolicited assistance made my visit pleasant, short and successful. A couple of days later I visited WS again and asked to speak to the Manager, who just happened to be the person on the door when I visited on Aniversary Day. I asked if he remembered me and he confirmed that he did. Then, before I could even complete my next sentence he interrupted saying "No" taking issue with the fact that three customers left while I was standing in the queue. When I asked if he was calling me a liar he avoided the question and proceeed to explain that there were 45 people in the store and the limit was 35 and he was on the door to get the numbers back to 35. However, as I walked away he let the person in front of me in the queue into the store. While I didn't make a count, I do not believe there were anything like 45 people in the store at the time. Then I asked why he didn't communicate the circumstances to the customers in the queue? He replied that he had. Well he couldn't have because there was no queue when I parked and all the time I was in the queue he was talking to someone else and not concentrating on his job. At no time did he make any attempt to apologize. He just kept saying "No" to everything I recounted and replying with his inaccurate version that was nothing like what actually happened. I will forgive the constant "No's" but not the interruptions because English is likely to be his second language. However, I will not forgive his attempts to fabricate the truth in an effort to justify himself. If this is the standard of store manager staff training in customer service needs to be ramped up. I have had other issues with this store over a period of time but didn't write reviews for them because, on their own, I didn't consider them serious enough to complain about. Suffice to say they were all customer service related but this latest episode was the straw that broke the camels back.

Sent through 7 different A4 documents to get printed and for each document to be stapled separately. I rang at 12pm to see if I could pick up the same day and was advised I could pick up after 5.30pm. I got to the store at 5.50pm thinking all I was doing was picking up my documents needed. Turns out they hadn’t even printed them!!! and so had to wait another 30mins for it to be done. Once they had printed it they handed me all the printing in one bunch! Nothing stapled so I didn’t know which was document 1 or 7 or 3. I gave it back and told them to do their job properly and staple per my request earlier. I didn’t leave the store till 6.30pm waiting for all of it to be sorted. The staff are careless with the work they’re paid to do. I understand times are rough with covid but an apology instead of eye rolls and sighs will get u nothing but more annoyed and angry customers!!

The worst customer service!!! At the printing station, I needed assistance, but all 4 workers were standing around talking to each other until I called out for assistance. Prior to coming to the royal oak store i printed a few canvas's with auckland airport warehouse stationary and manukau warehouse stationary.. Both branches provided excellent customer service and served me at the counter for printing. I received my canvas's within an hour, but at this branch I had to pick it up the next day. I had to come to this branch because they only had 20x30 canvas available. I had to wait over 20 minutes to use the machines because others were also using them. When asked why they aren't offering the service over the counter, they replied to us, "We don't do that service here.". However, all of their other branches provide that service! I spent almost an hour just getting one canvas printed. Then, I was told to pick up my canvas the following day. The following day, I picked up my canvas and found it to look like this. The edges were all over the place, and the quality was poor. At this point, I was so frustrated as we had a funeral for which the canvas picture had been printed! After all this, I asked for a refund of my money in the end! This has got to be the worst branch, customer service, and staff!! I will definitely spread the word about how poor your service is to others!!!
