β β β β β This is the original flagship store so well worth a visit. Her Jewellery range is a great gift for any teenager and I adore her new sunglass range. Very edgy and like nothing else on the market.

β β β β β I had a really bad experience here and do not recommend shopping here. I am from Christchurch, went to return a $695 dress that I had purchased for my bridesmaid for my wedding that I no longer needed. They wouldn't refund me the money, which I could sort of understand as it was two weeks out from being within the 'cut off' (living in CHCH it was hard to get back up to Auckland within that time-frame, but never mind) however when they gave me a store credit, they told me I had to spend it here and now, I wasn't able to come back and spend it another day. I was deeply under pressure at the time and ended up having 15 minutes (maximum) to walk around the flagship store to spend $695, which didn't have anything I really 'loved' Then I rushed off to the airport and only 'just' made my flight back to Christchurch. I was really guttered with the way they handled the situation. $695 is a lot of money to spend in such a short time-frame, had have they given me a year - 6 months to use up the store credit I would have been happy, however I ended up doing impulse purchases. I will certainly not be shopping here again.

β β β β β A Very disappointing shopping experience, the staff could not stop chatting with one of their regular customers ( I guess) while serving me although the customer already had a staff looking after her . I was not completely ignored but treated as unimportant. I then got an comment on that she is juggling between two customers( me and the regular customer) , but I was asking for her help before she moved her attention to the other customer who was already being assisted by another staff. I still made the purchase but felt quite upset .just a comment to help to improve customer service standard.

β β β β β I recently had a really great experience shopping in the Karen Walker Newmarket store. The staff member who helped me was really friendly, engaged and didn't put any pressure on for me to purchase anything (though I did walk out with a pretty gorgeous coat!). It's been a while since I shopped here, so it was really lovely to have such a good experience - I will definitely be back!

β β β β β A very disappointing experience. My husband purchased a gold ring for me for our wedding anniversary. Since they didn't have my size, it was ordered especially for me. We were made to pay a full amount upfront and given 4-6 weeks waiting period. This, in turn, changed to 8 weeks, but even then the ring wasn't ready and no proactive communication on shop's behalf. When I reached out, they promised to deliver in another week. It didn't happen. I requested a refund, as I lost interest. It took another two days to refund, as they didn't have a system of refunding such large amount of money. They did have a system, however, to promptly charge it, in the beginning. Didn't expect such impotent service from such high end reputable brand.
One exception: staff in the shop itself were very kind and service oriented, but their competencies were limited.
