★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chips were barely cooked the potato fritters were crispy on the outside and cold on the inside they cooked it too fast and the potato fritters had a meat taste to them from being cooked in the same oil as meats and they don’t seem to know what a calamari is as calamari is a ring yet they sent me these shriveled rubbery nasty things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered gf chips and two gf burgers today. Please be more careful with gluten contamination. Poisoning a coeliac isn't good, very painful consequences. Sleep deprivation. And all on the eve on an exam NOT GOOD!!! Usually your alot better than this.

Everything is great and delicious.
I'd like greater portions for gf chips though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remind me never to go on a Sunday when the young lady is serving. She gets very confused with order taking. You have to repeat the order multiple times and she reads it back wrong. Has a very short term memory. You wait for 10 mins for the food to be cooked, then return to the shop and she asks if you have already placed your order! The issue is she is very flustered and can't handle any pressure or multi tasking. Then again ordered food on Ubereats and they supplied the wrong drink. Constant order errors from this shop which is a shame as the quality of fish is pretty good. They need a better person manning customer service and order flow.

The gluten free Hamburger was also the best I have ever had, better than burger fuel etc, it was DELICIOUS.
