★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last Thursday to buy jacket for my wife. No greetings from staff, one lady looked at us and ignored. Store wasn't very busy but staff was very busy organizing stock and ignoring customer (Which should not happen, "ALWAYS CUSTOMERS FIRST").
Staff needs to be more friendly, helpful and joyful.
I already selected one of the jacket online but wasn't sure about size so I went to the store. After spending 10 mins, no one helped us. The price tags on some jackets showing $599.99 /50% off etc, we're confused as online prices were totally different. At last I approached one lady, she's busy organizing stock. She's not rude, she's not friendly, she showed no interest to help us. She just wanted to get rid of us. I showed the pic, she said: This might be the clearance stock, better buy online and collect from store.
I was very disappointed and left the store. Went to nandus and had lunch. After 45 mins, we again went to that store to check the jacket size. This time, we found what we're after. We got the jacket, it's sitting at the bottom shelves. Again we got confused with the price tag as it's printed $350 something after discount $200.
We went to the counter, the lady was at the counter. This time, I didn't allow her to serve me. I purposely stayed back and waited for the other counter. I went to the other counter, this time I had very good experience. Staff name was Preeti. I am not sure whether she's the manager but I shared my experience with her. Preeti was very helpful and she deserves 5 stars rating but due to the bad experience earlier, I am giving 4 stars rating. (Without Preeti, I would have given 1 star).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have got sone new colours. Still a bit cluttered though. Merino range needs more designs, instead of thge basic 2/3 colours. They used to, but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently returned a waterproof jacket as the cord around the top of the hood had come out from its seamsealed seam. This was sent off for repair and returned within a couple of days at no cost to me which I thought was impressive. The lovely lady that dealt with this was really helpful and friendly in providing a great service.
