★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with this Dry-cleaning company. At the end of May this year (2016) I took in x2 black coats, white shirt and brown trousers, they had a 25% discount so I paid around $75 for the lot which I thought was standard price. However when our items returned our coats did not look like how they normally do when our coats are dry-cleaned they didn't even look like they were dry-cleaned. My husbands white shirt had a brown stain on the front, his coat jacket was missing a shoulder button and all the buttons on my coat are all loose. I write this review because I feel strongly about customer satisfaction and if I had read a review like the one I am writing I would have headed straight to my usual dry-cleaners. I think its important to for businesses to get constructive feedback from their customers so that they can give quality service. The one positive thing was that the man at the counter was very friendly.

Bentley Drycleaners has very nice staff however the owners of this company have no idea what customer service is. They are highly arrogant tried to get hold of Max for two weeks to express concern around the laundry wash that it was not done properly and had left stains on the shirt. Spin that I was told was it was due to changing deodorant. I asked them to re wash it and they told me to go home and wash it with persil. Would never go back here and not recommend a place like this other reviews are highly accurate around the negative experience. How do you run a business with such arrogance and negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service for dry-cleaning and stain removal from clothing. I had stains in my clothes that I could not get out and I am so happy I found this place as they got all the stains out. They were quick too! I will definitely continue to bring my clothes here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used Bentleys a few times over the last 12 months and always had a positive experience however, my experience in the last week has been exceptional and well worth a review!
I brought in a beautiful vintage cream Coast dress with black embroidery a few weeks ago which I've had in storage for a few years. The dress had yellow mould spots from being in storage and I wasn't confident they could be removed but thought I'd try anyway.
Two days after I'd left the dress with Bentleys the owner Max called me to say standard dry cleaning hadn't worked however he had a treatment which might but he wanted to see how I felt as it might affect the embroidery - there was no extra charge for this additional work and Max was amazingly courteous and knowledgeable. I had nothing to lose and said to please go ahead.
I collected my dress this morning and was amazed to see it looks like new with absolutely no sign of the stains.
Bentleys went above and beyond - fantastic customer service, so professional and excellent value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a duvet and blanket here for dry cleaning and they washed it. It came back still smelling and my soft and fluffy blanket wasn't soft and fluffy anymore. Do not use this business.
