★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday 18th Jan was attended by the manager or a senior staff member of some sort (he wasnt wearing the red/maroon uniform). I asked for an iced macchiato (I got this a couple of days back at Macca's Auckland cbd). He gave me a weird stare without saying a word (my mum always say that it's rude to stare). I repeated again ..."I'd like a Macchiato please... Or maybe a mocha?". Then he said "$5!". What bad customer service, Macca's!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fries were extremely cold and tasted yuck; I have worked for Mcdonalds before and i know when fries have been dropped again in the oil to reheat. Disgusting! There was no salt on the fries; ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my niece and discovered that medium fries had been put in there instead of the burger itself? Doesnt make sense to me; no apology from the staff and an absent manager who wasnt friendly. I have never been so disappointed in a meal before; I would suggest a staff shake up; putting the customer first and ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE IT IS HANDED TO ANY CUSTOMER. Poor service; I was rushed to order; counter staff were not friendly at all; its suppose to be an experience leaving the customer wanting to come back in the near future. Well done Mc Donalds; for successfully confirming that I wont be visiting this Mc Fonalds in particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today with my son, we ordered 10pk McNugget. But I found only 6pk in the box, luckily I just sat in front of the shop so I went straight to them and told them. The receptionist looks at me weirdly and asked a man(maybe manager), then he looked me again and made me feel I am lie. Oh my gosh who will stole your 4 nugget? Then he went back to the kitchen and use his hand without any gloves , picking 4 nuggets into my box.
When he gave me the nugget , no sorry ,no words, it seems like I am a lier just for extra 4 nugget ? Ridiculous. Bad service as well. You need to train your staff how to count numbers first please.

Ordered chicken burger meal and we received the beef burger. From placing order to receiving order was maybe 1 minute of time. I thought as we were only one ordering that moment hence super fast. Turned out to be super hopeless with Totally Wrong burger!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never expected to encounter discrimination in New Zealand.
The female manager of this McDonald's is really bad. I don’t know her name, she is wearing a gray uniform. I bought breakfast for my colleagues across the company this morning. I have always used the app to order special meals and purchased multiple special deals at once. But this time, she didn't allow us to use the app to click special deals. I told her that it was okay before, and she said that this store did not allow, and asked me to leave and go to other stores to buy. I was shocked. Because I saw that everyone else can make a purchase. Deal’s T&Cs shown that special deals can be purchased with one transaction. We have complied with the regulations, and I am puzzled why it can't be used. Then, I showed her the T&Cs, but she asked me to queue up again. I don't know why she treated me this way, but I felt discriminatory and unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonalds here in NorWest Mall is in the food hall. A big sitting area in the middle and can be really busy, but seating is not to hard to find. I hardly go to McDonald's just go once in a while. Can get busy during the day, waiting for your food, but doesn't seem to take too long. Food is quite good there & price wise is not too bad. You either like their food or not. Oh and parking outside close to the place can be quite hard. Is a busy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service and really well done. Burger was centered perfectly and deep fried products weren't oily (was drained properly) coke tasted like coke. Altogether really well done guys keep it up!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was busy....totally understand that....but we had to go back to the counter twice to get things that had been forgotten from our order.....
I'd also like to point out that the self order kiosks are a tad misleading.....the $25 Share Meal picture shows 4 burgers.....when in reality you are only able to order 3.....come on McDs.....looks like you've got some sorting out to do.....and wheres the flavour gone? The whole meal tasted flat.....
