β β β β β Over Charged me for a scan + labour which it didn't need as I had already scanned it with my own scan tool but they wouldn't touch it unless they used their scan tool. Left me $100 out of pocket for something I didn't need. My car was booked under my hubby when I went to pick it up they didn't ask any questions like what it was in for and who the booking was under or even bothered to call my hubby to confirm who was picking it up, just got me to pay and brought it out, no questions asked as to why I was there. My point is I could have been some random person off the street and could have scored myself a car for a service fee or it could have been handed over to the wrong person. Best to make sure with person who booked the vehicle in or simply asking questions why they are there before handing over keys to someone else. Definitely not taking my car back there.
