★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful wonderful feeling, clean and tidy. The bed so soft and comfortable to sleep in. Food good, teams are caring for me. Only here for one night, power wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly.

This is not the case at Kensington. They hire less qualified and less experienced staff so as to save themselves money. Profit takes a higher priority than patient safety at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Jeff DÁth and have just had a minor operation with an overnight stay during recovery. I found the staff, from initial reception, operating theatre , ward, nurses, meals to be the friendliest, most caring and courteous in any public health situation I have ever been involved with.. My visit was an fabulous experience and I would happily have stayed in their care for days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Palak and I recently had a surgery at the Kensington hospital with an overnight stay during my recovery. I had such a wonderful experience and the environment there was great, the staff was very helpful and polite and overall everyone was super nice friendly. It has a highly qualified team and the staff goes beyond length to take our needs under consideration. I am very thankful to Dr. Shetti as he did not leave any doubts and explained me what needs to be done throughout my stay there. He is super kind and listened to me patiently and answered all my questions. Overall the whole department is well managed and things were done smoothly and I had a fabulous experience there.

Just had a hip reconstruction, (covid Omicron & all), and it sure was great!
I have had a lifetime of accidents, in out of hospitals in NZ & elsewhere.
Experienced consumer, you might say
It was like staying in a resort.
The nursing staff were perfect, the food absolutely excellent, & all the staff, everybody, was warm, friendly...... nothing was too much trouble.
Best place to be if you're a bit crook.
Nice building, not too old, (not too new), great central location.
Hope these comments reflect my appreciation. Very grateful to everyone, especially in these trying times
