★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service here. Someone assists me within seconds when I pop in to pick up a script. There is always friendly help if I'm looking for something particular, but I'm left in peace if I'm happy browsing the gifts and treats.
And, of course, the late nights and weekend opening hours are much appreciated.

The other staff also so friendly..
Been to other pharmacy around okara park, they so rude to me. They don't want to do that just because they will close which is still an hour to close..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner went to pick up my medications since I was still recovering from my knee surgery. Took a while for the lady to hand them over since my address was different. I already had updated it a couple of weeks ago from the hospital to ACC, they all have my new address. My partner ended up calling me to ask for NHI number. I was still groggy from the operation! Not cool at all.
Please do update your system once in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well never thought the day would come where I'd be a victim to such blatant racism by one of your staff members...As I am a Maori and my last name is of Maori origin. So of course its going to be harder to say but according to your staff member it would be easier to her if my last name is Smith...so I'm going to go back in next time find said Staff member and correct her as I was sick and just trying to get my script...and will put a complaint through about said staff member
