★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend NEVER coming to this place. My family has had multiple problems with this place since changing to prime care. I'm not sure what's worse to be honest the fact that they say your appointment is on one day then convinently it's magically changed or the fact that we have rung up multiple times to change our address with them and get after several attempt s they still send your stuff to the wrong address

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolute shocker, our 15 month is very very I'll, the reception lady Gail, told us there is no appointments for two days take her some where else, I rang back as this was urgent, she then put me on hold for 5 minutes then said can a nurse ring me back, we then had an argument about what rights we had and so on, I will be taking this further. Would recommend to go anywhere but this unfriendly place in your time of need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude receptionist! Not only she didn't apologize but also yelled at me even she gave me a wrong prescription.
I just wanted to explain and get a right medicine. That's all. Why did she need to blame and yell at me ?
Not professional at all! People who work at medical shouldn't behave like that. They should care patients and be kind. I had the worst customer service experience ever.
