Ordered 3 items weeks ago, then told 2 aren't in stock (why sell them online if you DON'T have them) and still waiting for the 3rd item. Shocking.

Came in about 2 weeks ago,Went to get a prescription filled and was waiting about 35 minutes, scratched it down to being a bad day,but came in again to get anouther prescription and the lady told me that she will need to get her colleague to get it for me and for me to wait to the side, waited for about 10minutes for her to arrive only for her to start serving about 4 different customers that arrived AFTER me, after waiting for her to then serve all them i had to wait again for the prescription, ended up waiting anouther 30 minutes before taking the script back and going to countdown. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very underwhelmed to the other chemist warehouses I’ve been too. Not a lot of perfume choice and a lot of the shelves have been empty (probably covid) but for a long time. Friendly staff and security though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you order online, they just take your money and forget about you and your order. I ordered 12 days ago and my order is not even processed I tried calling and emailing they just don't care no reply. moreover if call them they just put you on waiting list and after 20 minutes play a message we are very busy and cut the call. if you can't keep up with demand, why you send every other day promotional emails. never ever shopping with them again.

After ordering online, waiting nearly two weeks, no one replies to emails and when you ring you get put on hold for 20mins then get told you've waited too long and get hung up on. Shocking customer service! Plenty of other lovely companies to deal with....In fact health post who I also ordered from at the same time, had my order to me just a few days later....and here I am 10 days later with no order, no response to any communication, and no refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like perfumes, and when we're buying perfumes it's important to test them to know what you're spending your money on. Some of the staff are nice and will help in finding the right things, but a lot of them just seem uninterested and try to get it over with as soon as possible. So I think the customer service should be improved, as it is cheaper than other places but not worth it if we're feeling lost and there isn't anyone to help.
