★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to get my sons haircut. At Reception there were 4 staff just hanging around gasbagging. Scanned my vaccine passport then just stood there - lady said nothing. They all just stared blankly then continued gasbagging. Another guy came in 15mins later and just went through. I asked them and they just looked stupid. The annoying part is we rang to book before coming in and they said go to kess because they are not busy. I hate unprofessionalism. First day back … do your job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a booking for 11am, got there had nobody at the reception, ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to be told they're busy and I should go to another salon at the other side of the mall as they had less customers. Ended up having to wait nearly 20 minutes at the other salon to get my 11am haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 20 minutes just to get my eyebrows threaded from a really rude lady, she was harsh on my brows, I kept squinting and she was too fast on my brows, really unprofessional. She was in a hurry, she finished and said done, and just walked away, very bad manners, didn'teven ask how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped. And I have scars all over my brows now and thin eyebrows ?. Never going back there again!!!!!!!! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honest to god the worse place ever, i went there all nice and very polite, and i asked her if i could get eyelash extensions long and she asked me to sign a paper cause im “under age” knowing I’ve experienced lash extensions, she had told me to sit on a hair dressing chair and didn't warn me about lying it down so she pulled it down rough and i had almost fell back and she didn't car what so ever, then she proceeded to put the lash extensions on my and it burned my eye to the root and when she finished she told me to hold a fat and she was just being so rough, and then i had went back cause it really hurt my eye she ended up gluing it to my eyelid and i asked her to remove them all and i wanted a refund and she said no, and so i asked her to redo them and instead of using a solution or oils to remive them she ripped them off and i had started crying cause of how sore the pain was never ever going there again. Indians just care about their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your money here. The customer service is horrible. The hair dresser was extremely rude i walked out before completing my hair. No apology after i voiced my frustration with them. Still paid a ridiculous amount. Never ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very unhappy with my haircut. Absolutely not what I asked for plus very uneven. it looks like the barber doesn't know how to cut hair . To be honest a learner could do better. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service! The lady at the reception told me the wrong price for a haircut and charged way more. When i asked why that was the case she started yelling and calling me a liar. Would NOT recommend.
