★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has went there 3 times to get beach waves. All within a month time frame. Every visit was a different price.
First visit - $50
Second visit - $55
Third visit (today) - $45
There should be fixed price on the wall for everyone to see. And please keep the work stations tidy. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my eyebrows done here for years... but unfortunately, today would have been my last visit. The lady that did my eyebrows made my right eyebrow really thin and the left one was thicker and not shaped nicely at all. I will not be coming back ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t even look like they have been threaded, I also got tint where she gave me massive eyebrows outside of my normal shape. When asked to fix she said she was done. Horrible experience considering I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and had no problems, will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have my fringe cut and the hairdresser made a really poor job of it. I noticed after I washed it so went back to have it fixed. No one apologised for mess, not the hairdresser or receptionist, very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. They waxed over the same areas twice and threaded the left over hair - or so that’s what I thought. I had this horrible burning pain afterwards and I thought my skin was just sensitive. Until a few hours later when there were marks on my upper lip and eyelids from the wax. They literally RIPPED off my skin and now I’m left with scabs that will probably scar forever. On top of that, they didn’t even get all my stray eyebrow hairs.. I went and plucked them at home. Literally the worst place in Manukau ever, you’re better off going to Sisters or Beauty Club or even going down to Papatoetoe for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience for me.. I produced my vaccine pass and the only photo ID I was carrying which had my photo and name printed on it in English but the owner wasn't having it. I kno its not his rules but im clearly vaccinated by what I showed him and the ID I used ive even used in my bank. I managed to find a photo of my passport in my phone after this embarrassing exchange so he let me in.. I would have left if I didn't need a trim so much after 4 months! once inside the hairdresser I usually see had not had a break all day as she was the only staff on. Sadly what I asked for was nothing like I got. I only wanted a trim and ended up with a Dora the Explorer bob cut..not cool at all! I won't be going back here and I don't recommend this place after this double whammy disappointment. Use logic during this trying time we are all in!!
