★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read about other reviews of their dermapen, and it was exactly what was happening to me as well. I assume it is the same staff that proceeds this uneducated services. I regret my time with them as I did not get a good result as expected. I requested for another staff on my other visits, and two of their staff from their city branch did a great job without any pain.
My appointment in March or April was cancelled due to the lockdown, and was advised not to get worried as I will be contacted after the lockdown and that was never happen.
Something for the owner and the management to consider. This particular division and staff needs more training. We lost our trust in your company and more, the money that we loose through our payments without a happy result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrifying painful experience with dermapen and I did not feel at all supported by lovely by skin, it was not until after the treatment I was told I should use numbing cream. Excruciatingly painful! then to get an allergic reaction after 3rd day it got worse turning raw and blistering burning on the inside and outside. Lovely by skin offered me red light treatment which I did once, to be honest I was at that point needing something quick and fast to take away the pain, I couldn't go work so lost my income . I had paid in advance for 3-4 treatments over $1000 Lovely by skin would not refund my money, they instead offered other treatment which I declined.I was already traumatized by what had happened. I had no choice I did liked the skin care creams and serums so had to use the rest of my money on the creams. I was not impressed I could not get my money back and they took no responsibility for what happen to me saying it wasn't our fault you had an allergic reaction. I will not out the person who did my treatment but she didn't explain what she was going to do to me being my 1st time getting anything like this I was so nervous & I told her so, it would have been good to take me through what your going to do, show me what your going to use on me, just communicate to your client and definitely offer her the numbing treatment before you start, it could possibly have been explained in the initial consult but lets face it so much is quickly said then, it can easily be overlooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend I had dermapen treatment done.
1. No numbing cream applied.
2. Was very rushed as there was no skin peeling as after a few days it's meant to peel off and then heal over. Nothing at all of the sort happened.
3. When I booked they were running a promotion and whn I went in they said promotion was over didnt apply anymore.
For the date I booked cause of lockdown my appointment was cancelled so whn they opened up again they should have honored their promotion deal. I mentioned this but was told its past that date. Beautiful I had alrdy paid a deposit I went ahead and had it done. I didn't wanna stand in the store arguing there were other customers there.
4. They sell the after the treatment product that they recommend for 70 something dollars. If it's recommended why isn't is included as an aftercare with the treatment in a small jar if not the whole tube just enough for a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamie the Cosmetic Injector was amazing! I have recommended her to my friends and family and will definitely be coming back to her. Jamie has completely reshaped my lips to look so much better then they previously had been done. On top of that, I felt really comfortable around her not only personally but professionally as well as she seemed very confident in what she was talking about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy you guys are open again post lockdown! Yay! So pleased with the treatments and service at Lovely, Westfield Manukau. My therapist, Sarita is particularly amazing. Such a delight! Always happy to see her. Great service. I even let her stab me in the face with the dermapen. Haha. Dermapen - Great treatment btw for pigmentation.
