โ โ โ โ โ Bait and switch merchants. Got in touch about one property, ended up being offered another that was $100k more expensive, and another that had already been sold to an investor but who was flipping it, and Kevler were happy to spruik it on the investor's behalf. Then the got in touch again pointing out another property, but it turned out that the "expression of interest" was just another bait, as what they really wanted was to tender a brand new home. Kevler build with fixed costs and then try and screw buyers for as much as they can. Companies like Kevler are destroying trust in the developer market.

7months in the house we love it. There are small issues here and there but they are generally quick to fix it and will be fixing it.
Would recommend - just avoid Graham imo

The build has started and we are getting good updates and any questions we have is answered quickly by Peter who is our project manager. The experience has been very good since we have not had to deal with the sales rep.

We have been dealing with Yoshiko who is our project coordinator and she has been excellent. Some answer take upto a week or two to get, but we are made aware of this timeline and appreciate that the builder is busy with other clients so this is fine, especially now that we get the answer in the promised timeframe.
Graham has still been disappointing saying the project managers will answer a question that he was asked back in August, and this reply was given after WE chased him up for the 4th time.
Still yet to start the construction and we are still hopeful of a positive journey

Will be updating this review with the build but Graham is making the journey a nightmare having to wait a week with many contacts to get him to look into something, and another week at least for the answer. Have brought this up with him time and time again and it is not improving.

We were very weary at the beginning of it however, Kevler Homes made the whole process easy and trusting with good communication throughout the whole build! We would highly recommend using Kevler to all our friends and family, great service and a good quality build!

โ โ โ โ โ this is the our third new build since the 2011 earthquake, so we know the drills. I can say that Kevler Homes has highest build quality and best customer service. the system they use give us the access to see the photos and build progress. variations and payment invoice are there too. so handy. thank you so much Kevler. would definitely recommend to all our friends!

Their communication is spot on throughout the whole process and so flexible to meet your demands. Highly recommended for a smooth build process with a very pleasant end result.

โ โ โ โ โ As much as I love my new home, the overall process of building with them was stressful due to lack of communication and failure to deliver what they said they would.
Items on the pre inspection list that they agreed to fix or do, werenโt done. Despite their lawyer stating they had been completed.
Still trying to negotiate this but unfortunately looks like I will try disputes tribunal to get the work completed.
Other problems since moving in include carpet is lifting (and getting worse), reported outside boxing is lifted, still waiting for it all to be fixed, unfortunate on a home less than 6 months old.
They do have a wonderful guy named Darren who drives around doing all sorts of jobs (heโs put up our towel rails, letterboxes, fixed our toilet seat, put up the washing line, all post settlement), who is a complete credit to their company.

โ โ โ โ โ At first we fell in love with Kevlerโs unique features. Garry was very convenient and supportive when planning to meet the needs according to our tight budget. We also liked the specifications they included in our package like tiled floors, cathedral ceiling etc. without any upgrades and also their unique ideas during the colour consultation was awesome.
