★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked for 3 months but had to shorten my planned trip by about half due to a family emergency and was told i could not get a refund and that this was spelled out in the fine print of t&c’s so beware. Cost me close to $300 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the signage incredibly bad to the point I had to ring and ask where they were. The address on the website says Logistic, but the entrance is off Jet Place which isn't mentioned anywhere. The staff were great and the service good and efficient. However the strict change or cancellation rules were disappointing so not sure I would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. I left the inside lights on and ran the battery of my car it was parked there and the young staff member helped me to re start the flat battery with his own car as AA was not going to get there in time. Super service. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a bunch of crooks. I made a booking online in good faith. paid and also added that I have a trailer. I then get a call saying it will cost double, including double early fees. I ring to cancel explaining it isn't viable within an hour of making the booking and they say they are going to charge me a $25.00 admin fee. Don't use this company.
