Missed things in my meal, went back into get my food was rude to me at the counter threw my food in counter and walked off, three other customers getting there missed food also Staff out back visable to public mucking round with no mask on. THIS IS A FOOD RESTAURANT. Would never return . Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have given me the nicest size kiwi blue I have ever seen , but they did not ask for my vaccine pass so not very law obliging if you ask me . Also my friends were sad here for some reason maybe something wrong in the atmosphere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally pathetic performance, ordered the zinger stacker and asked for none of the relish or supercharge sauce and they proceeded to leave it in. The worst part is that they had even put it on the receipt to leave it out and to top it off the chips were dry and stale with a poor if any amount of seasoning. Definitely do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as many people say how bad this restaurant I totally agree placed a delivery order about twice cause there was a error say theyd refund me no refund not only that a week later i ordered food the food they gave was wet soggy half the chips were eaten and there was half a burger left dont recommend worse exprience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited them for a takeaway. Went through drive through service. Payment and order is delivered from the same window. The entrance to their drive through is not easily noticeable. Onsite parking available. No KFC in Balclutha. So, if u r badly after KFC, then this would be the only option. But nevertheless, junk foods.
