★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get 3x Dinner meals and 6 rolls. Chicken was over cooked and very grease, each dinner meal surpose to have 2cans coke in each box I got no drinks so had to ring in to complain. Only thing eatable out of this whole meal was the rolls. Won't be ordering from there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious fast and better quality freshly cooked food and flavour chips and sides than the suburban KFCs ,( Aside from Papanui, just as good) like Shirley and Riccarton and the awful moorhouse ave bad service, cold dry tiny pieces rude service chicken hut. Rangiora is the BEST KFC period!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single-handedly the WORST kfc I have ever been to, always filthy, staff are always poorly trained, never listen to simple requests, such as extra seasoning or no ice ect. and some how manage to make something as delicious and reputable as kfc almost uneatable. Some staff are great but the vast majority are snobby and put zero effort into there work. There has not been a time I have driven past this restaurant without seeing dirty looking employees sitting in the car park chain smoking cigarettes, it is off putting and they do it right in-front of the main entrance!. It is not an odd occurrence to be waiting in line and see the manager yelling at her staff. The management of this restaurant has always been something that has need to be changed but recently they have reached new lows. Have decided I will not be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in here after a big dive up from Dunedin. Made an order, and one of the items I ordered was a Snack Burger with extra mayo. Now, I'm not sure what it is with KFC workers sometimes, but when I say extra, I don't mean that you should drown the burger in it, I mean more than the standard. There's something about the staff of lower-socioeconomic status, they appear incapable of making sensible decisions, such as presenting a food item which is edible and presentable. I couldn't eat this burger for the fact that the mayo probably was the leading ingredient in the burger itself. Also, there were no paper towels and no straws in the bad, so a pretty poor performance overall. Won't be back.
Photo is of snack burger that WASN'T extra mayo, so you can only imagine what the one that had the extra mayo looked like. Should have been called a mayo burger. Hope the dog enjoyed it.

Went there yesterday at around 2pm and they were out of boneless hot and spicy pieces. What type of establishment has chicken as their main source of income, main product, yet has little to nothing to supply the consumer. Its absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely busy tonight with a line of cars leading out from on the road and they managed to fly through the orders.
This was the fastest KFC drive-through experience and the busiest I've had, they are doing a great job there.
No complaints about the food.
