For the price these burgers are way over the bar and taste awful. Will never go buy another thing from burger King outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 30 minutes inside the store just to walk out of frustration all I was going to order was a simple frozen coke, the time I was waiting to be served I seen 7-8 of them made but they couldn't take a second to take my order and get me out the door. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner came into BK in Rangiora for dinner we waited in line for about 15 minutes for someone to actually come over and take our order, when my partner said he wasn't sure if we we able to order in, the lady behind the counter replied "yeah well it's busy" (we were the only ones in the resturant) we then watched multiple customers leave due to staff ignoring them. When our order came it was cold and there was no sauce with my churros, my partner then went up to ask for the sauce as they had forgotten to put it in the bag, the same stuff member who took our order rolled her eyes at my partner. Such poor disgusting service no business will ever run well if staff couldn't care less about customers or customer service. I've been to some bad fast food resturants but this one is right at the top. If staff are too busy/short staffed to handle dine in and drive through maybe considering closing the resturant. And maybe talk to your staff about the current customer service they are providing.

First time: Drive through: bags of food thrown at me by grumpy looking staff member: like really?
Second time: At counter: Same grumpy staff member, didn’t say a single work throughout transaction then threw the bag across the counter at us, seriously?
Third time: Drove over half an hour to get here at 9.20pm to find the store closed despite the sign on the door saying it closes at 10pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, my partner and I just shared the worst burgers we’ve ever had at Rangiora that we felt the need to write about it. The young lad working was too busy talking about how he woke up an hour before his shift to realise that the fries were left out. Gutted as obviously chips are the core part of the meal. We were too embarrassed to drive back and say you forgot the chips! But I hope he sees this. BTW smearing sauce on an over cooked patty will not make it taste good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The skinny tall guy at the drive through window didn’t give my full order and by the time I noticed they were closing. He also left no receipt. I will NOT be coming back here ever. Just lost a loyal customer. Management needs replacing or HIRE better people.
