★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this kfc at about 9:30pm on sunday the 29th may and waited about 10mins to order while a team member talked to their partner who Im guessing was visiting. Usually i dont mind waiting especially if its busy but I was the only one in the store and the team memeber saw me waiting and ignored me. Super bad customer service and Im very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this kfc. Grey street is much better. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The morning we ate inside the kfc was so good and the fries even had some nice salt? on,so good. But when we ordered the afternoon after 4 to take home we didn't get everything we ordered and there were no salt on fries. Disappointed ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff literally screaming and shouting in the kitchen area when people are trying to enjoy their meal. I’m all for enjoying your work but when my family can’t even hear one another because you’re staff are screaming and cheering, it’s a bit much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order online, they’re useless. Placed a order over $90 and they still haven't delivered over 2 hours of waiting. Useless. So so unreliable and useless. And they don’t even have the decently to get in touch with you recharging your order or delivery. All the other KFC in Hamilton are just as bad with no help. They need better employers that actually do there job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently bad. Always leaving items out of the order. I haven’t tasted the salt for as long as I can remember. For years we have given our local store multiple chances to get it right. Tonight was the final straw when they can’t supply zinger chicken. CHICKEN, the one item the brand can’t afford to mess up.
The lack of staff can only mean one thing, poor management. Get it right guys.

There was no chicken on the bone available - due to a very large unexpected order in front of us. "Karjit K" explained and apologized to us and gave us several generous options. Thanks for being awesome - and the food was lovely and hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru was quiet slow. Chips really over seasoned and $6 worth of our meal was missing. Got home to a different suburb and rung up. Was asked if I want to come and get them...after saying I couldn't my name and number was entered into their book and must be collected within 2 weeks...that is not good service! Will not be spending $ there again.
