★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s happened to this kfc. Used to be so good. Now waiting in line for upto 40mins!! Heaps of people leaving and heaps of people trying to go inside but you can’t even do that. I get being understaffed but then you look in the window and there is heaps of people in there, some of them doing nothing! This is seriously a joke. Need to work on it or you’ll have lines all the way to maccas..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to be running out of stuff quite often and staff is having a hard time taking orders in the drive through. Only ever go there for deals. Avoid between 11.30-12.00, you usually have to wait at least half an hour in the drive through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the family feast and it arrived 23 minutes after the latest time that it was going to arrive. It was cold and the chicken wasn't fit to eat . Rang and left a message and nobody has rung myself back and you can't go in and see the management as the front is close and you can't get through on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought KFC last night * the chicken was old. I rang today & spoke to a fantastic manager, who sorted out my issue. He put faith back into buying KFC again at the Tauranga KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think you would be able to order online to be click and collected on time, 15 min no joke, standing at the counter and we haven't even be served. Why do you just ignore people when you are busy? KFC customer service is a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, it took close to 5 minutes of the staff walking around before realizing we were here. Store was dirty with rubbish scattered inside and out. They missed some food so my daughter went to let them know but after them just looking at her and not approaching her she gave up after acouple minutes. Highly unimpressed. Do not recommend unless something changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today and ordered a 6 pack chicken family feast,the chips were so salty and the chicken was over cooked! I went back up to see the manager and the manager (Indian) was so rude and basically just laughed at me.
I told him one of 6 chicken that they had been served was so small, that I thought was unacceptable to be even considered a portion size! He walked away laughing. So I requested my refund back.
Told me to write back within 10 working days if I wanted my refund. Is this a joke KFC?
This issue needs to be doubt with or my matter will resort to social media.
