★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to order Egg'd and was refused service because they would only allow me to order via uber eats app not at the store whilst I was physically standing inside! Manager who was sitting at a table just sat there and refused to assist me unless I ordered via the app and was outright RUDE - Will never go back to this store (makes perfect sense why it had zero customers inside and subway next door was packed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking into account that this is a franchise, so the rating scale is applicable across all pita pit stores, I found the Cameron road branch very spacious, clean, and tidy. A lone attendant was on duty (perhaps others were on lunch breaks) but the attendant did well to manage online orders, in-store orders, and preparation/cooking. I was impressed. Overall I feel the store and service were well above what I expect from the franchise, which is saying something, as I hold pita pit to a higher standard than most "fast food" franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the customer service had to be told how to make a chkn bacon bowl with teaspoon on avocado full hand full of onions little lettuce and my pita chips were stale as. Never going back to Cameron road pita pit. Also my partner order lamb pita and a chicken pita he gave 2 chicken pitas. Bad communication between server and customer.

The male preparing our pitas had his mask down exposing his entire face, the lettuce was not fresh, all 3 sauces I asked for were empty so he took the lid off and shook a tiny bit of sauce on. Ask for it for be toasted and when I got home (6 min drive away) it was cold. The wedges (prepared by the female) were cooked on the grill despite there being a deep fryer and most were cold and in the middle and soggy. All in all a waste of $35! Should have walked back out when we found the store void of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I placed a online order for a Vegan Falafel Bowl and after driving all the way home, I've come to find out they put chicken in my meal! Absolutely no regard for food allergies at the Tauranga Cameron Road store.
