★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service . Was looking for some product asked to 2 different person they simply ignored one was talking with other staff just ignored didn't show where is product is located and other said don't have idea what the product is . Management need to work on in .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went upstairs to electronics department to buy a chrome cast and cashier saw us waiting but ignored us to finish shelving work. My elderly father got tired of waiting and collected the item off the shelf himself when suddenly the cashier “noticed” us and yelled across the room that we had to wait. When we said we had be waiting and no one was here he implied that it didn’t matter and we had to wait until he was ready. To me the shelving job could have waited and first priority is the customer. Left with very bad taste in our mouth as we were told off like children, like we were an inconvenience. Won’t be coming back to this warehouse store again. Worst customer service in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up my click and collect prepaid order, to discover it had been sold to someone else. It took just over two weeks of me ringing to have my item replaced. Maybe staff need to attend a refresher course on good communication and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to shop with easy access from main road and lots of covered parking. Easier access from parking level to shop level would be an advantage. As with all of The Warehouses, there is a huge range of clothing and household goods at good prices. However I think it has raised some prices to much in some categories and may be losing some business to K Mart, for example.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaps of things on offer here - woman and men's clothing, teenage clothing and baby clothes also. Crafty ideas on offer aswell as small selection of stationery items even though there's a warehouse stationery store just 400 metres away.
