★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 30 mins over estimated time and food was cold . Not only that, I tried calling to see if my order was still coming for delivery, and no-one answered.. I tried calling 6 times. I highly don't recommend buying from this kfc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero for quality infact the whole of KFC new zealand is of very low quality, a rip off, chicken is so cold as. Staff there are only because they want to finish their shift.
It goes for most stores NZ wide, especially stores from Te Atatu south, New Lynn and Lincoln Rd.
Very often they run out of stuff to our disappointment they need to learn logistics planning from McDonald's where they immediately pick from other stores if they run out or learn from KFC say middle east.
Inshore from top the CEO and all white collared employees must be sacked immediately as they don't care about quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never is there a time where this KFC disappoints me. Throughout other franchises it's all dependant on the staff on duty depending on whether or not your food will be exactly what you expect. Hot fresh & delicious and most importantly 'what I ordered' lol
To the staff on duty 30/03/20 @7pm ???spot on! Awesome job!! Was soooooo delish. Thankyou❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived to the store at 12pm on 18 March and was greeted in an unfriendly manner. I believe she was a manager by the name of Jydoi, correct me if I'm wrong (Sorry was trying to catch her badge name). Could definitely work on improving customer service. Food is okay, the chicken was dry and chips too salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant ordering counter staff, a young lady. Prices do not reflect quality, oil leaking out of the two, three piece, dinner boxes, cold chips, barely warm chicken and squashed rolls. No large coleslaw included as ordered and paid for, only noticed when got home. Your number is called as your order is slung onto the pickup counter with no opportunity to check it or to speak to staff who slung it there. It's been a while since I last bought KFC, it will be a very very long time before I would ever consider buying again. Very disappointing
