β β β β β Takeaway on a busy Friday night. Epitome of what Nandos should be. Succulent, fresh & full of flavour. Havenβt had Nandos over a year as other franchisees across Auckland consistently had poor quality food - not this store!

β β β β β We had lunch at this restaurant today at 1.30pm . We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived. The restaurant was clean and tidy but some of the seats had seen better days and were torn (See photographs) The service was ok , but they got our order wrong , we requested a regularGarden salad but it didnt arrive with our main order. The food itself was good value and at a reasonablr price

β β β β β Made an order over the phone, got there and they wouldn't accept cash? I had the exact change. Hell, i was even about to just pay more including a tip....You need to explain over the phone that you don't accept all legal tender. Needless to say, ill never be back. Go woke, go broke

Big thank you to Tony and his staff to take good care of customers and providing such welcoming atmosphere on every visit..doesnβt matter what time you visiting their customer service will be always top notch..really appreciated ?

β β β β β Drove all the way from Kumeu to have a nice dinner at 9:20pm. Just to find they are closed early for no reason yet they can sit inside talking and eating there dinner. 3 other customers came and got turned away for being closed early. Unacceptable

You can get a full on meal for one for less than what you pay for an all you can eat place.
Try something different for a change you won't regret it.

β β β β β Not at all happy with the service and the food from here. Manager and staff talking while customers wait for their food, is very un-professional. And to top it all up the chicken wasn't even cooked properly and was cold. Not good enough. This place definitely needs a re-vamp.

β β β β β Normally, I don't put negative review about the staff as they work very hard to keep us happy even in their rush hours. Unfortunately this place is consistently losing its touch that I had to down rate it. Yesterday, my order was left unattended at the pickup/serving area for more than 20minutes. I know it wasn't that busy time for the available staff; it was simply being ignored for that long. Luckily, the chef himself noticed it and he served us without even an apology. By then food had become cold and so chewy that we couldn't even finish it.
