★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiko has been my first Pilates experience and Jess has been nothing but amazing! I suffer from neck and lower back pain and have noticed a huge difference since going to Pilates at least once a week. If you are thinking about trying reformer I cannot recommend Kiko enough ?

I enjoyed my session with Jess, she asked me what was going on with my body and if there was anything I wanted to focus on, after talking through what was going on she had me on the machine!
I felt comfortable with how she gently pushed me and talked through everything we were doing and why! I now have freedom of movement in my back and did not realise how tight I was in my front hips ?
You can tell she has a background as a personal trainer as well as being an epic reformer instructor, the roll out at the end is mind blowing and I felt so peaceful afterwards.
I will be back ?
