Tam is a registered Physiotherapist who takes care of all my aches and pains and fixes me up through various beneficial exercises on the mat and on the reformers. Their Pilates group classes are fantastic too. Am currently loving the Pinc & Steel First Step classes conducted by Tam herself which is an absolutely awesome way to start my day!
