★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best authentic design furniture collections in Auckland, possibly in New Zealand. However, the service I experienced is quite far from the "best". I was browsing and wanting to buy a Herman Miller office chair which was relocated at the first floor. I asked the price of the leather herman miller eames office chair at the GF. The staff Caroline told me "it is expensive" rather telling me the price of the chair with a very arrogant attitude. Then I asked the price of a book shelf, she told me the price and I said it was more expensive than I thought, she then said "this is not a place selling cheap furniture". It is true, but her attitude made me felt quite uncomfortable. I ended up buying a chair from someone else at the shop. A friend told me Caroline has been working in the shop for over 30 years and has tons of knowledge of furniture and interior design. The knowledge of the product may not make her to be the best sales, at leat from my own experience, which is rather disappointing. If you are someone like me, just wants to be buy something small, just get yourself prepared.
