These guys were amazing 2hrs after walking in off the street I had a new fridge (exactly what I wanted) sitting in my kitchen for exactly my budget!! A miricle. The sales guy was very helpful. The delivery guys were amazing however. Very funny and a great help. Highly recommend over corporate places.

If you are looking for a deal on any kitchen appliance, great service and knowable staff, save yourself sometime, you will find it very hard to beat this services anywhere else. The sale staff are very friendly and are easy to talk to, you are not feeling pressured to purchase. pop in and see them they have most the good brands in stock on the show room floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Only one staff member on and he was dealing with a customer. No attempt to make any contact with us and we were left just standing there. After we had looked at the items we were interested in, we just gave up and left the store. We were there for a good 10 mins. From previous experience this is not normalservice, but they do have a habit of just leaving people hanging without any acknowledgement or indication of when they wouldbe with you. Good displays and we were looking to buy. We bought what we had seen there in another shop, so it cost them a sale of a double oven.

They present a facade of premium service but hide behind shallow excuses and blame their suppliers at every turn. Zero accountability for their empty promises and poor communication.
Any other retailer will price match and offer far better service. Avoid Kitchen Things at all costs.
