★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 days later no refund for the appliances not delivered on their promise to be on time. already 12 days after I personally ask for the refund in Mt Eden Store (Dominion Rd)
in addition asked for some ideas on freezers which noone bothered to email me - what hit me when i came through the doors were two men too busy on their phones to be bothered. ?
products priced reasonably and also very big selection of white goods and stoves so It wasn't a complete waste of time.

Although we were the only customers in the store and walked around looking at products for a good 15 minutes not one staff member (of which there were 3) attempted to help us, let alone even acknowledge our presence. We left without so much as a glance in our direction and purchased all of these products at Harvey Norman instead.
