★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a taxi for the airport 3 hours in advance. At the designated time, nothing. 10 mins late nothing. Phone to ask where pre-booked taxi is and it's "sorry haven't been able to locate one yet". What is the point. Never using again, can't until Uber makes it up here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged a taxi to pick me up to take me to the airport. Made arrangements so that I had plenty of time to be there prior to the flight, no taxi turned up when I telephoned the taxi office I was told they were running late, I asked the receptionist shouldn’t you contact your clients and let them know, and I was advised “they’ll figure it out”. Worst service ever don’t use this company ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my 14 year old on the side of the road for 55 minutes in the dark, this taxi was booked the same day but I booked it at 6am this morning. Terrible service don't use them. Shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi service non existent in Whangarei, they were unwilling to provide any service what so ever as apparently they were at capacity, although as we walked home, three empty Kiwicab taxis drove past us. Appalling customer service, no wonder so many people are left in vulnerable circumstances in this town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned up to book a taxi the next day for 2pm to pick up my elderly mother and take her to the bus terminal at the Town Basin for a bus departing to Auckland at 2.45pm. On the day I get a call at 2.40pm to ask if my mother still wants to get a taxi? I ask her why she wasn't there at 2pm to pick her up and I get told off: 'don't you raise your voice to me.'
Are you serious? What is the point of pre-booking a taxi if you can't be relied on to actually turn up? I phoned my mother who was distraught and had been waiting since 2pm. The taxi was still 10mins away so there was literally no point in carrying on. Worst service I have ever encountered and that's saying something. I would give zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long day at Whangarei hospital, it was a relief to see our taxi waiting for us. The driver was such a lovely, helpful young man. He chatted & told us he was a registered nurse who was taking time off to look after his children. We really appreciate & enjoyed our ride home
