★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smelt disgusting bad service drink was all over side of cup the manager I'm assuming as she was dressed differently to everyone else was rude on headphones talking in another language and then kept waving her hands at me to say shhhhh while I was attempting to make my order so she could reply to whoever she was talking too .the dead flies on the counter and windowsills were uninviting and the smell of rotting fruit meets you before you go inside definitely make the 3 minute drive to go to Kensington never again will I give my money to tank whangarei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many tanks b4 and this is the first one that has smelt so bad even wearing a mask. Can also smell it from outside. They obviously have rubbish sitting around from days ago. Rooting fruit! Staff dont seem very enthusiastic either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in around 1.30pm today 25th March and bought 2x Lemon Herb Chicken salad combo with 2x Upbeet tank Juice both with 2x superboost green shots.
We were shocked to receive the salad was only half the box and very little chicken pieces and potatoes for my partner. I got bit of them but my partner only had 1 Chicken and 1 piece of potato. They were mostly salad. The salad also drenched in dressing, they looked very wet. We are regular customer of Tank in Auckland and other cities and this is the first time we encounter this problem. The staff seemed to way to rush yo finish the job and therefore not paying attention to the food they're serving. Ambience also seemed chaotic.
We are very disappointed for this experience. A photo attached even before we eat to see how little we got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service, Friendly staff. Store is usually very clean. Considering the customers that come in, and feel they're entitled to be treated like royalty, the staff do amazing! Have seen multiple impatient people, who then want to find other reasons to complain, even if not true. Keep it up Tank ?
