We were a group of 8 people who ordered food and coffee. It was like a segment of Faulty Towers. One meal came out and he didn't know what it was, another came out which was a big breakfast he gave to someone but it was supposed to be without tomatoes so he gave it to me and told me that it was my eggs Beni. I gave it to the right person. My eggs beni took forever, the eggs were still raw and everything was just wet and soggy. My partner had vege soup that was made of sugar. We left and got a pie from the caltex, one of our group told them and they were very professional in returning our money. This is a bus stop, passangers aren't returning clients, stick to the cabinet food and coffee, otherwise go for a walk, you deserve better.

The tour buses stop here. There are a large number of clean toilets - at the back of the souvenir shop as well as the cafe. The shop has a great selection of items, for quite reasonable prices. Can get busy when all the buses come at similar times - about 10am.

Very nice and big store. Good store with tons of souvenirs to buy as a memorabilia for the trip. Bit expensive as it's at bus stop. Halfway to Milford sound bus stop. Have cafe at other side of store too. Nice attention from staff. Well deserved 5 Star can't complain

Our Go Orange Coach-cruise had a stopover here for quick lunch break. Ordered a venison pie which was very salty, but was surprised to received a jumbo size milkshake for $5. Prices are very reasonable.

A big souvenir store at which most buses stop! So you will find a ton of tourists here. The prices are a couple of dollars higher compared to what you find in Queenstown. There are a lot of winter clothing, bathing and cosmetics too. I got a Wild Kiwi flees jacket for $20 and thought it was worth it. The have rest rooms here and they are clean.

It’s basically a little half way stop to Milford Sounds for most tours that come through here. I thought given how busy this little place was the food would be a little fresher but none the less it served the purpose. It’s half cafe half gift shop where you can buy mittens or beanies should you have forgot them.
