β β β β β Love these guys always super helpful and friendly not matter the questions!!! i have signed up to some other suppliers and they are a bit scary so don't like to ring and to order. So thanks for being Awesome! Website is so great as well showing history of orders Etc.

β β β β β My mum ordered me something from your website (she lives in Aus) so when I get 3/4 calls about courier not being able to deliver, I call back to make sure they know I have letter boxes etc or I can pick up from somewhere, great. A week goes by so I call again to speak to possibly the rudest lady at pacific health, (not a courier as you said in an email, fact) who says she basically canβt help me because she doesnβt know who I am and I need an account. Her words where, I canβt help you. This phone call with whoever I spoken to has made me cancel a big order for all the stuff I have been looking forward to (pre/post natal things) Purely because of this staff member. I canβt even explain in this review how bad she is at her job. So sad seeing all the amazing reviews you have on here also.
