★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery from here except part of my order was missing when it arrived. When I contacted kiwi roast to discuss they refused to deliver the missing items and refused to give refund for the missing items aswell the guy said there's nothing he can do and hang up the phone. The worst service ever I do not ever recommend ordering from this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doing uber delivery. I picked up the food and was about to deliver it to customer. And I got a call from kiwi roast boss saying that he forgot to hand me a drink and I should come back and pick it up.
I said I'm already at customers place which is 15 mins away from the shop and I cannot come back unless you wana pay extra money for it.
He suddenly got so angry and hung up the phone. What the heck ?? Did I miss the item ? So rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mom lives down the road so I got some takeaway for dinner. Better than when they first opened!! But try get in early so the roasts are still hot not warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the large lamb meal. Food just thrown into the container so had to dig through to share it out, one lonely piece of pumpkin that we had to share, a tiny drizzle of gravy – generally below average in every way. The price was good I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money on the crackle. They'll let you point and ask for the crackle sitting on the pork and then they'll put the burnt, old, crackle sitting away from the meat into a bag and give it to you. They'll happily charge a $1 for a strip and audaciously pull a switcheroo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took ages for food to arrive. Got half the food that I paid for. Got charged extra for separate sauce and didn't get it separate. Chicken meal just bones ALOT stuffing, not much meat. Phoned and they said ran out of food and they hung up. Rip off!!! Won't order again from them.
