β β β β β They have a great atmosphere and best vibes to train in a gym. Friendly trainers and the coolest members. Everyone is really encouraging and super supportive. They also have a great physio on-site who has personally helped me and the best barista on in the mornings for my hot chocolate fix.
Highly recommend you check them out.

β β β β β THIS IS THE BEST GYM WITH THE BEST PEOPLE!
I've never really felt comfortable at the gym but this place has changed my view on health & fitness. I am now comfortable and enjoy being at the gym, I eat consciously and no longer classify being healthy based on digits on a scale.

Friendly trainers, great equipment, and awesome classes/ workouts that are suitable for people from all different fitness levels.

β β β β β A fantastic gym, with the best people. Warm, fun, and inviting - the community is second to none while the workouts are challenging but cater to all abilities and not overwhelming for this beginner at all. Love every second there.

β β β β β LOVE KnoxFit ! The trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community they have built is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you wonβt be disappointed.
They also have onsite Physio and Naturopath which is convenient.

Itβs a massive whΔnau vibe and the accountability and camaraderie has helped me be consistent and focused for the first time in years. The coaches will help you set goals and smash them, and the members will become mates worth getting in the door on time for every day.

β β β β β This place is incredible! Iβve been a member for around 3 months now and itβs so much more than just a gym. Kerry and the whole team go the extra mile to make you feel like part of the family. The class workouts push you so hard but thereβs a real focus on getting those movements right. And the lockdown zoom workouts are boss. Get involved!
