Studio Three specialises in boutique fitness classes and private training. Our Pilates, Barre and Yoga based classes are carefully designed to set you up for success! Your individual goals are our commitment! Our highly trained team are focused on your technique and offer hands on guidance in a welcoming environment for all ages and fitness levels.
Studio Three is located at L1, 56 Surrey Crescent, on top of Littles Engines Childcare and beside Grey Lynn Primary school. Our purpose built studio is spacious with wooden floors and beautiful large windows to let in plenty of light and fresh air. The studio is fully equipped with showers and change room for those going onto work. Plenty of on street parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the classes and instructors so much!! Such a fun way to get fit and everyone is so helpful. Really easy to tailor exercises to fit your own needs and abilities and the classes work muscles you wouldn’t usually think of. Regular gyms don’t compare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give Studio Three 10 stars if I could! I joined in August 2019 and absolutely love everything about it. They offer a variety from Barre to Pilates and TRX so you can never get bored and the amazing trainers always keep it interesting. You can tell they love being there and helping out members. The vibe in the studio is great too, everyone is so friendly and nice. Viv has done a wonderful job of making Studio Three the welcoming and amazing place it is. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Instructors are so well qualified, which helps me doing the exercise right .
At one stage thought I was too old, but I'm 64 next year and feel so fit and muscle tone is amazing as we do loose this.
I would not hesitate to recommend Studio 3.
