β β β β β Does not even deserve the one star rating. Bad and rude with zero customer service. Unacceptable repair to phone with screen lifting up and not adhering properly, thus causing a crack in the screen. They were Unwilling to repair or refund as per consumerβs guarantee act. They only offered a refund after I caught them out lying about their procedures. Never ever let any body touch your phone who is not an authorised repairer for your make of phone- Do Not Go Here

β β β β β IGNORE THE EXISTENCE OF THIS STORE .Went into this for an IPhone XR tempered glass, the guy put on a screen meant for a iPhone 6. I was in such a rush I did not realise till I came home that my front camera was fuzzy because the screen protector was placed on top of the camera. Went the next day to tell the guy thinkin he would acknowledge his mistake and atleast change it or refund my money. But he justified that a screen protector covering the camera is what they sell for XR an would not give my money back . Despite showing him how my camera looked with this screen blocking it. Very unprofessional, please donβt be taking peoples money for goods you do not have and than to justify faulty goods to a customer without any courtesy. Do not recommend it worth going to a professional place that charges 20 dollars more to get the job done properly.

β β β β β Avoid at all costs. They replaced the screen on my iPhone X, a month later the screen broke and stopped working for no reason. They refused to replace it or refund me despite the fact that the poor quality part they used should have been covered by their 90 day warranty & the consumer guarantees act. They then refused to even communicate with me about resolving it. Do not go here!

β β β β β Went in this morning for an iPad issue. Was looked at and said they would trouble shout and let me know. Same day was advised and sorted out. Said a few issues could cause the iPad to give issues down the line but all working. Really great and would recommend them for sure.

β β β β β As a frequent customer, most times I go, the part-timers are very nice (service is good!), but the store is not good for film developing. Their prices are higher than other places, yet take very long to respond to inquiries. When I accidentally gave in a blank roll, and they refused to respond to me. I could not refund or get my roll back. would not recommend for developing.

β β β β β would rate no stars if that was possible. The staff working here have poor knowledge/do not have the proper training to work with photos. I lost all my film images from my film roll because a worker here did not know how to take the film out of the film camera properly, which should be basic knowledge for someone working in a photo shop. When calling to ask why my images were not developed from the film camera, another worker could not answer a single question. Staff should be trained to do these basic tasks, we are just customers and should not have to suffer the consequences of poorly trained staff. I have sent emails to this place and have had no replies at all. They were meant to call/message me to let me know when I could get my film roll back, it has been over a week and no one has gotten back to me. Very poor customer service. Train your staff to do what they are supposed to do please.

β β β β β Could not ask for better customer service. Initially made a phone enquiry and was very helpful. Went in a little later that day, got my printing done efficiently and very happy with the cost. Thankyou for the wonderful service. Will be using their services again.

β β β β β First up, I was the only customer there and the man could have at least acknowledge my presence and say that if I need any help, just let him know (this is the typical response I got from other photo shops).
Secondly, when I asked him for help, he continued typing on his laptop and gave me a so what do you want me to do attitude.
Thirdly, when I pointed to him that I wanted the mini prints sample they have done for my photos instead of a collage, which I wrongly said at first, he told me sternly that this is not a collage. I mean, sometimes customers do not know the exact terms of the product they are after, and there's no need to be so rude about it.
When I went back after 10 mins to collect and pay for my photos, he stood there, staring at me blankly. Maybe he couldn't remember I was the same customer that printed off the photos earlier, but he could have at least asked me what he could help me with today.
I specially traveled 30 mins to get my prints done here as I personally like the user-friendly Kodak app but and am disappointed with the unpleasant service. Throughout the experience, I received no smile and nothing close to feeling like a valued customer. Needless to say, I won't be returning again.
