β β β β β We came here for passport photos and we were completely aware and can respect the fact that the country we were coming to get them for are annoyingly specific, so weβre not upset at that. What we are upset about is that there was absolutely no need for the man working to bell out βNo. The Zimbabwean passports are hideous!β. A simple βWeβre no longer offering to do Zimbabwean passport photos due to the fact that weβve had too many problems meeting specifications in the past, sorryβ, wouldβve sufficed. You do not bell out to customers like that, those words, and in front of other customers in store too. How awkward for us and for them. Professionalism needs to be worked on with whoever was manning the store today (01/04/2022) because his words were offensive and rude. That is not on ?? Smh.

β β β β β Unprofessional service. They charge $20 for sending the photo through mail and $5 for printing. It takes a minute to send to send the image through mail, but the person today was reluctant to do and asked to wait for extra 30 m after the printing was delivered. Pls prioritize customer service for the money you take. Thanks
