Leo and I train there to keep our body in shape, it is part of our training regimen as dancer instructors and owners of Brazilian Beatz Dance Academy to have a healthy lifestyle. Every time we come to Koha or someone we knows goes they always rave to us afterwards how incredible the equipment and facilities are! Personally my favourite is the fact that it's like going home because everyone is like family treating you so well and welcoming you every time you go there. Thanks Koha Fitness and Health Club Keep it Up!

β β β β β Excellent facilities, top-notch equipment, benefit of physio, massage and cryotherapy on site. High quality, diverse range of group classes throughout the day and week. Conveniently located, great aesthetics, superb atmosphere. Friendly, professional and encouraging staff. Active Facebook group, interesting (and well attended) social events. Friendly and supportive members. Upbeat and never crowded, always well-kept and spotless, open 24 hours and very welcoming, this is a gym for everyone.

β β β β β Koha has fantastic equipment, it's all very new and flash but still has a whanau atmosphere and the staff really look after you! While it's a premium price point gym, the amount of classes included with your membership add up to being cheaper than most gyms in my opinion! You're going love Koha. See you there!

β β β β β I am working in the city for a week and I would suggest to anyone visiting or locally to go to this gym with its new state of the art equipment. It is a very clean well managed gym which offers a range of different work out classes, equipment and training areas. Staff were incredibly informative and friendly would highley recommend.
