Great sale got my Englefield toilet great price today

Very bad experience with them. thought Kohler was the name of quality products and good customer service but I was wrong. Bought a house lot of tapware at their sales event mid Nov last year and was told my order should be ready in one or two weeks and tey will ring me when it;s ready to pick up. so wrote my number on their copy of invoice. haven't heard from them after a month, rang them to check the status of my order, was told they are still waiting for one item to come , and they don't have the basin mixers in my order anymore. asked why I was not informed for such a long time, answered they tried to ring me but got wrong number (in their record there is one digit is different with the number I wrote on their invoice). asked them to correct my number is their record and asked what's the solution for their off-line basin mixers. The lady rang me later (it means they should have my correct phone number from now) and suggested to swap to another type of basin mixer with same price but different looking. had to accept their suggestion and was told the order shuold be ready after the christmas -new year holiday. waited till early Feb this year and my plumber needed the tapware to start his work, have to ring Kohler again but the lady did not answer the phone so left voice mail with my name and phone number and what's for. nobody rang me back. have to ring them again, finally somebody can answer my question and told me that my order has been at their distributor for pick up for a while. keen to get my tapware so ignored why I was not notified to pick up. went to their distributor the second day and picked up my order in a carton. the nice guy helped me to load it into my car and told me he had check the order with the documents and everything is there, but if I wanna double check is ok. I double checked the items, found out there were not basin mixers in the carton, instead they put some extra shower mixers in. talked with the nice guy of the distributor, he showed me the doument which macthes the items in the carton. it means, when I accepted Kohler's suggestion to swap to another type of basin mixer, they put wrong items in the list. and when the nice guy was showing me the document, I saw my phone number is still the wrong one! it may explain why I could not get their notification when the order was ready. Had to go to Kohler office in Glenfield to get the mass soughted, the process was still not smooth. Showed my invoice and the items to a lady, returned the wrong items to her, and she left with these items and my copy of invoice and didn't come back. have to ask another lady in the office to help me to get the invoice back. later on, the other lady gave me the correct items, but asked me to give back her the wrong items again. had to show her the carton which had no more wrong items in it.

Very bad customer service. Either their emails are not operational or else. I bought their products (eg. shower boxes & bath tubs) for my own residence and my rental properties and are satisfied with the quality. However when I asked them questions (quotes and technical issues) via emails they never returned to me. Feel like the whole department is dead!

Beware buying ceramic products from Kohler. 3 out of 4 of my Kohler Escale basins have crazy cracking all over them giving the appearance of being many years old instead of just 12 years old. And these basins have had very little use. When I looked up reviews online I see that others have experienced the same issue as me with basins a similar age. If, like me, you have the impression that porcelain is a product that should last well over 10 years then you should look to a different supplier. It seems Kohler last about 10 years before cracking starts. I think that's called planned obsolescence Oh, And Kohler say they don't understand it but don't offer to do anything about it.

Great experience. Emailed in a description of the parts I needed on a Sunday and got a response first thing Monday with the part numbers and where I could get them

Wish I could leave a good review after buying your shower. But instead the woman at the front door asked for my personal medical information and then discriminated against me and my wife. Went to go buy a shower off of this company just now and got told we couldn’t buy a shower unless we told them if we are vaccineted or not. I am not sure why this company feels they have the right to ask for my personal medical information let alone discriminate against people who can’t have the jab. I would suggest nobody supports any company that this sort of behaviour towards its cusotmers.

I am aware you have adopted a no jab, no job, no jab no entry, approach in your business , I will no longer be supporting your business and will be advising my friends and family to do the same, discrimination in NZ will not be accepted. You have lost my business till you allow all kiwis to enjoy basic human rights in NZ. Don’t be surprised if you see protesters, as the market will crush those participating in segregation with special privileges, using medical apartheid. Shame shame shame.
