★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Issues firstly with Englefield Valencia door not closing. New 5 months old. When fixed a leak developed at door and frame developed. Fixed again, still leaking but not as bad, now door opens by itself. So gone from door not closing to leaking and door opening fully which is a pain. Emails sent over last two months but no one wants to know.

However upon contact with your store, we had fantastic customer service from your employee Scott who promptly found a plumber for us to fix the problem. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to go buy a shower off of this company just now and got told we couldn’t buy a shower unless we told them if we are vaccineted or not.
I am not sure why this company feels they have the right to ask for my personal medical information let alone discriminate against people who can’t have the jab.
I would suggest nobody supports any company that this sort of behaviour towards its cusotmers.
