★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't actually sell anything there they just have a display of all of their products and then you go to your local supplier installer whatever and purchase it through them. They were extremely helpful and solved my problem

My reason for going to Clearlite was to purchase an item for the shower. I gave the sales person a piece of paper with product details. I was told there was nobody in factory and they don't sell parts or accessories on Saturday. I advised that I work during the week and won't be able to come over during their business hours. I was advised that I could order part through a local hardware shop. I was very upset that there was nothing on their website about showroom only open on a Saturday. I wasted half of Saturday morning going to their premises to come away with nothing . A gross waste of time and petrol.
Lucky to get one star.

She went the extra mile to make sure I was able to replace some handles on a vanity that was a few years old. I could really tell that she wanted to turn my experience around and that was successful. I really appreciate the effort and highly recommend your business based on my experience ?
