★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, fantastic atmosphere and great food. Enjoyed immensely the Brazilian Open Sandwich, great flavours and delicious. Overlooking the running stream with Weka and Ducks. We are already planning another couple of trips that way next year and will definitely dine more frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restuarant was a bit messy, staff were friendly but did have to send back a burger with an almost cold pattie and didn’t leave out ingredients that were asked not to be added. Hopefully was just an off day as it’s a nice spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of 4, 2 of us checked before midday and were assured we could have more than bar snacks if we arrived before 1.50pm. So pleased the golfers finished in time. The service was friendly and helpful and there was a good choice of meals. We all chose different meals and all enjoyed them all. The salads were tasty and the fish and chips generous with the person who ordered them very complimentary about the chips. We will be back when in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fabulous curries. Incredible Jucy Lucy burger (smoked cheese oozing from it). Brilliant service. Great choice of craft beer. Perfect location. Korora's Nest is definitely Pohara's newest gem. Can't wait to go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the beef burger with a GF bun and it was absolutely delicious and pattie was flavoursome and moist. Other members of my party had the fish and chips and pork ribs and no complaints there - everyone enjoyed. Very satisfying. Compliments to the chef and to our waitress who was very lovely, friendly and attentive ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a very cozy type of restaurant to eat in that was only a couple minutes drive from our cottage up the road which was very convenient. I had the ribs which was very delicious and highly recommend. My family had burgers which they enjoyed. Our waitress (has red hair) was very lovely and very helpful. If ever in the area I highly recommend.
