★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubby and I need to break away and a moment catch our breath from what has been a pretty horrific year. From the moment we were greeted and taken to our room till the moment we left we felt really cared for.
The room was perfect. Comfortable and tasteful.
What makes it so incredible is the setting and the views. It is set in a pristine bubble of peace and tranquility. Having the mountains and sea view from every corner of the lodge and golf course was incredible. You couldn't help but to relax and reset.
Whether you are a keen golfer or played years ago - this is the perfect escape. Will definitely put this on our annual destination list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Delighted to have met the owner on the 9 hole course who had come over to introduce himself - very nice guy. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view to the 9 hole course and the coastline. Pity had only booked one night as we were keen to stay longer! Top notch place and will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked at Koura bay lodge , for one night stay , for my wedding anniversary. On check in Warren was very hospitable and fun loving person. Property was about 11 mins away from Main Kaikoura town and view from room is worth every dollar. Awesome breathtaking view from the room , champagne from Warren was a surprise for my wife . And request for late check out was cream in my coffee, b’coz I booked whale watching next day. In all if you a couple or family please , please book with Koura bay lodge .
