★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give the Doctors 1.5 stars. They are efficient, caring and thorough with their examinations /assessments. Time management is an issue, however I realise some people take longer than others which affects scheduled appointments.
I give the Nurse 0.5 due to their tardiness and un professional attitude to time schedules. The male nurses are very good but the others let them down. Many seem to be doing nothing. I consider the nurses to be the the back bone of the surgery,, but I find them lacking. And they never answer their phone or return calls....NOT GOOD ENOUGH
I give 1 star for reception, very good with the elderly and quick to make appointments but after that your on your own. Perhaps they could be more active and remind nurses of appointments especially when they know you have been waiting awhile or a long time.
Qverall I think Korowai Aroha could do a lot better. Its really up to the nurses and reception to ensure the surgery is running at a high professional standard and providing a quality service for every patient. We deserve better!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't like the practice of telling someone to do a phone consultation, during the phone consultation telling them to come in and the person tries to charge you for both. Would be 1 star if not for the doctor stopping them for charging me for both

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can never seem to get your prescriptions correct or sent to the designated pharmacy and can’t even honour the appointment time scheduled. Don’t own up to their mistakes or offer solutions.
