This kind of service where nothing is a problem is a dying art. Thanks team for turning an annoying mornings into a pleasant one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had wheel alignment done after purchasing vehicle from dealer. It had new tyres from dealer. Literally had to get new tyres to be WOF'd for NZ roads. So we took the vehicle in after a week or so for alignment. 10 000km later 1 tyre has run off badly. Rest has typical wear but 1 run off. Common sense dictates issue with alignment.
Called in. They said bring it in to see. So we did. Response was literally Aww it isn't so bad let's rotate the tyres and then do wheel alignment.
Uhmm... Literally 1 ran off meaning wheel alignment is shoddy to start with. A rotation doesn't account for the 1 running off worse than rest.
And aww it isn't so bad let's rotate then pay to do job that wasn't done well in first place doesn't sound right.
It definitely isn't a professional approach to something that is literally the effect of poor workmanship to start with.
And awww all good isn't actually a response to the technical issue raised about the initial alignment. A new tyre shouldn't run off in 10 000km, 50 000MILES, roughly 92 000 km, or 10 yrs is the industry standard.
Poor response for what's supposed to be a professional service setting. Astounded at the experience. Won't return. Rather using bigger company that has customer service relations and accountability when something wasn't done properly first time round and it resulted in undue damage.
Awww its not so bad just isn't a reply to a technical question raised. Team should be trained in alignment and customer relations. Give this company a hard pass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good. The tyres great value. The staff great. The only fly in the ointment- my black wheels were damaged by the tyre replacement process, even after I had asked for a gentle hand.
I did speak with the manager who apologised and said to ask for him next time. Overall, except for that, a good experience.
