★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had no issues with the services and have used them a few times before. Sometimes they are quite busy and I have found some staff are friendly and others not so. However, the actual blood collecting has been very good and they do conduct themselves professionally.
Public can be unforgiving at times for a thankless and stressful job at peak times it would pay for people to plan for best times to visit. Early weekends is a good time, after that forget it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitred 45 minutes for a blood test did not get it as I had to leave as had to get to work. I had arrived early to get this blood test. I could hear staff talking about there weekend all good when you are not busy but you had a waiting room full of patients not good customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at labtests EVER. First I came in and they had a handwritten sign up saying "2 staff today sorry for delay". Thankfully there was only one person waiting in front of me but when I left there was a huge que of about 12 people. Secondly I had to do a urine test and the only bathroom they had didn't have a working lock. I had three people attempt to come into the bathroom while I was in there. It was utterly appalling! Finally the little box where I had to put my urine sample wasn't even in a secure location, just sitting out there. About 2 other peoples tests were in there too. Made me uncomfortable knowing that someone could tamper with my test.
Don't go here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the great work that you do! This being Level 4 lockdown, I was apprehensive and unsure how LabTests operate in these times. I came by this afternoon, there were a handful of other patrons but the moment I entered I got seen to straight away. What a surprisingly pleasant and stressless experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at 8.30am on a Wednesday, was seen immediately. The young lady who took my sample, wearing a 'trainee' badge was lovely, clear, calm and very skilled with the needle - I barely felt a thing and I've had a few. Thanks guys ?
