β β β β β Friendly staff members and occasionally have some trainee on premise. Have their own designated car parks, though often quite busy. Also able to do GTT tests, and have a decent size waiting room for you to wait for your test.

β β β β β Good, helpful staff. Went on a quiet day after New Years. Got my work done fast. Clean, well air conditioned waiting room. Lady who helped me updated my personal details online.

β β β β β Waited in line for a long time. Very small reception so only 3 chairs spaced out for covid requirements. Waited in reception for a long time and when I was finally seen the lady remarked "oh just a urine test, you didn't need to wait you should have said". I explained that I am not meant to know that as don't get tests often. When I was directed to the toilet I entered and was horrified..... Large amounts of urine on the floor like puddles. All over the seat and two large wheelie bins overflowing with used urine cups. Felt so unhygienic and disgusting. I mentioned it in the way out however the toilet should be cleaned and serviced very regularly before it gets to that state. Will not go back there for a urine test in future.

β β β β β Ashley, the lovely nurse was just brilliant, who took extremely great care of me. Found Ashley extremely Professional, caring, helpful & competent & went the extra mile, to top it all. Love the lovely Air conditioning at the reception area & always greeted with a warm welcome.

β β β β β They have a very experienced nurse who did the blood draw for my two year old son successfully! Only needed one try and got it right into the vein and got the blood (from the inner side of elbow.) If your little ones need to do a blood test, you can go and ask for this experienced staff to do it for you.
Thank you so much! And also thanks to the other members of the team who have helped us.
And BTW, they have moved to the new location (address as shown on google ) but the photos of the location are not updated yet. The new location has a much larger space and more seats for waiting.

β β β β β Has moved from previous Delta Ave location and now conveniently located at the New Lynn transport Hub.
Nice large building with a good amount of seating, wheelchair access and nice, clean lab rooms.
When you arrive just grab a card from the front desk, scan it and take a seat until the number showing on your card is called.
